Where does HALOBRIDE ship?
HALOBRIDE offers FREE international shipping on all purchases.
HALOBRIDE ships to 41 countries:
North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Belgium, The Netherlands, and more
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Import duties & taxes may be payable depending on your country. Most countries have a $ threshold where this maybe payable. Australian customers do not have to pay import duties.
How long will delivery take?
Custom Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days.
All orders are shipped with an estimated delivery time of 10-12 business days.
All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse * The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many flight routes, and our couriers may be delayed in delivering your parcel -- we are sorry. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times
Refused Packages
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—may be refunded once received by our warehouse,
provided if item is in original condition & less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for any manufacturing defects.
Please contact customer service if you should have any issues with your item.
If your return has been approved, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging we will refund to the original payment method at checkout.
SALE items are not eligible for return.
What's the return process?
If your return has been approved, we will send you a return label to use for the return shipment.
A flat rate of $21.00 AUD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.
